STAHLWERK CUT 70 P IGBT Plasma Cutter with 70 Ampere, up to 25 mm cutting power, suitable for painted sheets & flash rust.

• Plasma / CUT - With electricity, a plasma jet is generated, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. So all conductive metals such as e.g. steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more can be cut precisely.
• Cutting power - Dividing cuts are possible depending on material up to 25 mm. Structural steel ST37 up to 25mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminium up to 16 mm.
• Pilot ignition - High frequency pilot ignition for an excellent ignition. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame produces the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer included in the delivery.
• Cutting current - stepless adjustment from 20 to 70 A. 
• Air post-flow - When the cutting process is complete, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce nozzle and electrode wear.

IGBT Technology - latest transistor technology enables highest power and a duty cycle of 60% at full power. No transformer, no MOSFET, modern IGBT
Lightweight & compact design - With a weight of only 11,4 kg and dimensions of 460 x 230 x 365 mm, the device is ideal for cutting work anywhere. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No heavy carrying!
Highest efficiency & performance - Three phases current (400 V) supplies the device and allows an output power of real 70 amperes.
Smart cooling & overheating protection- modern technology, built-in overheat protection and high-performance cooling allow you to get maximum performance.
