·With the maximum lifting capacity of 8 tons, it can lift box trucks, light trucks, middle buses, pickups, RV and the most of passenger cars.
·E28 is innovative in its unique structure. Being compared with these common two post vehicle lifts, it has no top beam at the top and no base covering plate at the bottom. As there is no base covering plate cross between the two posts, jacks and tool trolleys can move freely under the lifted vehicle.
·No more laborious work to reconstruct an installation layout and less demanding on foundation ensure that most repair workshops can have an E28 without doing much preparation work.
·Through PLC control, the lift can automatically synchronize itself when its raising height is less than 300mm above the floor. It runs stably with better synchronization performance though there is no steel rope for balance purpose. This can be identified in the complete lifting process.
·Raising height is constantly detected by a sensor. In case desynchronisation exceeds the maximum allowed deviation (i.e.40mm), the lift will stop automatically to avoid any further accident
·Standard stronger three-stage arm with various optional pick-up adapters to adapt more vehicles.
·The control system is designed to suit a wide range of voltage from 220v to 450v. ONLY change the motor to adapt different voltage requirements.
·Independent mechanical locking device ensures lifting safety.
·The final portion for lowering is accompanied by an audible warning to prevent pinching or shearing.
·Carrying arms are equipped with automatic mechanical locking systems which prevent the arms from swinging when the vehicle is lifted off the floor. The locking systems automatically releases when carrying arms are coming close to the floor.
·Each cylinder is installed with a non-return valve to guard against leakage.
·Build-in control cabinet, space saving and easier installation.
