CV Boot band plier

The BRILLIANT TOOLS pliers for axle boot clamps BT676002 are excellently suited for safely and professionally installing bellows (axle boots) on constant velocity drive shafts.  It can be used with stainless steel hose clamps on drive shafts. This can be tightened or pressed with torque over the 3/8" (10 mm) drive.
