The latest generation automatic wheel balancer, equipped with a touch screen, three lasers for highly accurate results and an electronic measuring system with contactless 3D data entry.
The 3D scanner automatically checks the geometry of tires and wheels, providing recommendations for the correct installation of tires. G3.Extreme electronics (electronic inverter motor control; quiet and powerful three-phase electric motor; ultra-fast start; braking and automatic positioning controlled by a touch screen or foot pedal; electromagnetic axle locking). The Top-light system provides bright illumination of the equipment and the working area, and two lasers indicate the exact position of the weights. The Pneu-lock system provides pneumatic centering and clamping of the wheels. The laser measurement function ensures precise entry of wheel parameters and determination of the location of the weights. WOW is an auxiliary function for optimal use of weights. Smart Lift provides pneumatic control of lifting and lowering the wheel. VQ The integrated flange system with three sensors ensures perfect measurement accuracy. USB port for downloading Windows software.
The electronic measuring system with 3D contact input automatically measures (distance + diameter + width) both alloy and steel wheels, allowing balancing with both adhesive and clip-on weights.
